The automated support system needs some much needed work or axed all together. This is a big one for not just myself, but from what I've read other's say it is a very common problem. However, what holds this casino back from being one of if not the best in my opinion is a very short list. Yukon Gold is really quite a good casino in many aspects, good variety of games, decent but not great wagering requirements, good financial services but slow on withdrawals and good general ease of use.
